DM Dixon & Son is a family run building company that has been established for over forty years carrying out various building works in Maldon, Chelmsford and the surrounding areas.

We specialise in extensions and renovations and pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, with most of our work generated by recommendation and returning customers.

We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of the building trade. We have the technical ability to assist you from the early stages of planning and designing your build through to the final completion. We provide thorough Project Management of all works undertaken and liaise with clients at all key stages.

We specialise in timber frame buildings and extensions. Our timber frame construction is environmentally friendly, creates a better insulation value than traditional brick construction and more space economic due to the smaller wall dimensions. However, should your requirement be for brick construction we are also able to offer this service.

DM Dixon & Son have full Public Liability insurance and project cover for the duration of the build.

DM Dixon & Son offer a flexible payment scheme on all works where payment is due at key stages of the construction. A schedule of work and when payments will be required can be provided before commencement of the project.
